Welcome to Ke Nalu Australia - distributors of Ke Nalu carbon fibre paddles for Stand-Up Paddle surfing.

Ke Nalu started as an e-magazine about Stand Up Paddle Surfing in 2007 by Bill Babcock. In 2010 he decided to develop a new range of high-performace paddles, concentrating on products that he believed could be improved with some disciplined testing and engineering–hence the tagline: “Powered by Physics”.

The paddles are designed by Lane Mead, who has more than 25 years of experience in composite design. He operated a surfboard production company in Maui, shaping and glassing for some of the largest shops. Lane designed and shaped the Ke Nalu paddles, selected factories with the required equipment and experience to build these precise shapes, and oversees the production and quality of their products.

Ke Nalu Australia was set up in 2011 to provide a local distributor for the paddles, and maintain a local stock and shipping process for Australian paddlesurfers and retailers.
